John was lucky to be looked after The Rosemary Foundation on and off over the past 7 years. They provided a team of nurses on call 24/7 and regularly visited him. They supported the carers, helped keep dad comfortable and tweaked his medication as needed. They saw him in his final days and sat with him when he died until his family arrived. They are continuing to support John's family with their bereavement.
